Description:
ATTENTION! The device is supplied without a plug. In case of operation at maximum currents, the device must be equipped with a single-phase power plug 32A 230V (not included). The TIG-225P AC/DC inverter welding machine allows you to perform welding in TIG and MMA modes: AC TIG alternating current mode (aluminum and alloys, metals with an oxide film, contaminated metals); DC TIG direct current mode (steels, including stainless steel, copper and alloys, titanium); COLD TIG Cold welding mode. Provides minimal heating of the parts being joined. Occurs as a single pulse of a set duration with each press of the torch button. TIG welding allows you to make neat, precise and small welds, which is difficult to achieve when welding in other modes. Arc ignition can be performed using a high-frequency discharge (TIG HF), which facilitates the ignition process and significantly reduces wear and deformation of the electrode tip. PRE GAS. Pre-weld purging is designed to remove oxygen from the welding zone. Preliminary exposure to shielding gas eliminates the influence of oxygen on the formation of the seam and, as a result, its oxidation; Ignition current. Initial current (only in 4T mode). Adjustment of the welding current value at the beginning of the welding process. It is used to adjust the depth of weld penetration at the initial moment after arc ignition; T up. Welding current rise time (only in 4T mode). Adjustment of the smooth transition time from the initial current to the main welding current; T on. Main welding current. Adjustment of the main welding current value; PULSE FREQUENCY. Pulse frequency (only in Pulse mode). Adjustment of the pulse frequency. Increasing this parameter concentrates the arc, reducing its width and increasing penetration; AC FREQUENCY. Alternating current frequency (only in AC TIG mode). Adjusts the frequency of the alternating welding current at the output; T off. Current pause (only in pulse mode). Adjusts the current value between pulses as a percentage of the pulse current; T down. Welding current fall time (only in 4T mode). This parameter determines how smoothly the welding current will decrease at the end of the welding process. It is important that the welding process is completed without abrupt changes in current, as this can lead to the formation of craters at the end of the weld; Pulse Ratio. Pulse time (only in pulse mode): adjusts the duration (width) of the pulsed current; AC BALANCE. Alternating current balance (only in AC TIG mode). Adjusts the ratio of the positive and negative half-waves of the output alternating voltage; I e. Crater filling current (only in AC TIG mode). Parameter allowing to set the current for completion of the welding process. Allows to complete welding without forming a crater; POST GAS. Gas purging after welding: thanks to this function, the seam is protected from atmospheric air, and the electrode is cooled in a protective gas environment, which eliminates the oxidation process, reducing the wear of tungsten electrodes. The device is equipped with a 4-meter TIG torch. The TIG torch is equipped with a control key. MMA - classic welding with a manual coated electrode using an electrode holder. Simply switch the device to MMA mode, connect the appropriate equipment, and use the device as a classic inverter for MMA welding.
