Description:
Note! The device is supplied without a plug. In case of operation at maximum currents, the device must be equipped with a 32A 230V single-phase power plug (not included). The TIG-220 ACDC inverter welding machine allows you to perform welding work in TIG and MMA modes: ACDC TIG - alternating direct current in TIG mode; AC TIG - alternating current mode allows you to cope even with such difficult materials as aluminum, brass, bronze and their various alloys. DC TIG - welding with a non-consumable tungsten electrode in a shielding gas (mainly argon) with direct current is used for welding any carbon low-alloy or high-alloy steel, including stainless steel, and heavy non-ferrous metals such as copper, nickel, titanium (except aluminum) and their alloys. TIG welding allows you to make neat, precise and small welds, which is difficult to achieve when welding with other modes. The arc is ignited using a high-frequency discharge (TIG HF), which facilitates the ignition process and significantly reduces wear and deformation of the electrode tip. Pre-Gas mode. Blowing before welding: adjusting the blowing time before starting the welding process to prevent oxidation of the part being welded. Post-Gas mode. Post-weld purge: adjusts the purge time after the welding process to prevent oxidation of the part and also to cool the torch. Balance AC mode. AC Balance (AC mode only): Adjusts the percentage of positive and negative half-waves. Down Slope mode. Crater filling: adjusting the time for smooth reduction of current after welding is completed. Continuous adjustment avoids the formation of a funnel at the end of the weld. The device is equipped with a 3 meter TIG torch. The TIG torch is equipped with a control key. MMA - classic welding with a manual coated electrode using an electrode holder. Simply switch the machine to MMA mode, connect the appropriate equipment, and use the device like a classic inverter for MMA welding.
