Personal data processing conditions

In accordance with the article 13 of Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Chairman's Order No. 91), hereafter referred to as the Law, you, as the personal data subject, give your consent to Ningbo Eco Group, LTD, located at 315800, China, Zhejiang province, Ningbo City, No.16 Donghuan Road, Daqi Street, Beilun District, 4-5A, 4#Koala Warehouse, hereafter referred to as the Processor, in accordance with the terms of this Consent.

Purpose: filling out the applicant's form to consider the issue of employment.

List of personal data processed: full name, date of birth, gender, email, phone number (optional: nickname in the messenger), information about the place of residence (country, city), information about education.

Personal data processing method: processing is carried out using automation tools and includes collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision and erasure of personal data.

Retention period of the processed personal data: 1 year from the date of the decision based on the results of the applicant's form.

The rights of the personal data subject and the mechanism of their execution.

A personal data subject has the right:

1) to know and make decisions on the processing of his/her personal information, and the right to restrict or refuse others to process his/her personal information, unless otherwise provided for by laws and administrative regulations

There’s a limited list of circumstances under which a personal data processor may process personal data. Where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the personal data subject concerned, such consent shall be given by the personal data subject concerned in a voluntary and explicit manner in the condition of full knowledge.

1) to withdraw his/her consent

A personal data subject any time without explanation has the right to revoke any consent on our use of his/her personal data by submitting a request to the personal data processor in accordance with the procedure set out below.

2) to consult or copy his/her personal data

A personal data processor within 30 calendar days after receiving the request will provide a personal data subject with his/her personal data or notify about the reasons for the refusal to provide it.

3) to request to transfer his/her personal data to a personal information processor designated by him/her

Where a personal data subject requests to transfer his/her personal information to a personal data processor designated by personal data subject, the personal data processor shall provide the means for such transfer if the conditions prescribed by the State cyberspace administration are met.

4) to request the personal data processor to make corrections or supplements to his/her personal data

Where a personal data subject finds that his/her personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, a personal data subject is entitled to make changes to the previously provided personal data by sending the changed personal data again;

4) to request deletion:

(I) where the purpose of processing has been achieved, unable to achieve, or is no longer necessary to achieve;

(II) where a personal data processor stops providing products or services, or the agreed storage period has expired;

(III) where a personal data subject withdraws his/her consent;

(IV) where a personal data processor processes personal data in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or the agreement; or

(V) any other circumstance as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

Where the storage period as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations does not expire, or the deletion of personal data is difficult to be realized technically, a personal data processor shall stop processing personal data other than storage and taking necessary security measures.

5) to request a personal data processor to explain the rules on the processing of personal data

A personal data subject is entitled to request a personal data processor to explain the rules on the processing of personal data by submitting a request to the personal data processor in accordance with the procedure set out below.

6) to bring a lawsuit in a people’s court according to law in case a personal data processor refuses a personal data subject’s request to exercise his rights

In the event of the death of a personal data subject, his/her near relatives may, for their own lawful and legitimate interests, exercise the rights of consulting, copying, correcting, and deleting the relevant personal data of the deceased as prescribed above, unless the deceased had otherwise arranged before a personal data subject’s death.

You may exercise your rights by submitting a written request:

We will review your request and we generally will provide a response or a copy of the information you have requested within 30 days. We do not charge you for providing the information. However, in certain circumstances, for example, if you make more than one requests which are identical or similar within a period of 12 months, we may charge a reasonable, cost-based fee. In certain situations, we may not be able to provide access to all of your personal data we hold or we may have to decline your request. The reasons for doing so will be provided to you upon request. Exceptions may include information that contains references to other individuals, information that cannot be disclosed for legal, security, or commercial proprietary reasons.

Consequences of refusal to give consent to the processing of personal data: refusal to give consent does not entail negative consequences.

At the same time, refusal to consent to the processing of personal data will result in the impossibility of processing personal data and considering the issue of employment.
