We are seeking to recruit an HR Intern, HR Department

Key Responsibilities:
【Recruitment Support】
1.Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
2.Maintain recruitment channels and track candidate status to ensure a smooth process.
【Employee Relations & File Management】
3. Maintain and update employee files, HR systems, and related records to ensure data accuracy.
4. Support employee onboarding, offboarding , and new employee orientation.
【Employee Engagement & Culture Support】
5. Participate in employee events, training arrangements, and culture-related matters.
6. Support HR team with daily administrative tasks and document organization.
【Other】
7. Complete other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Current undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2.Fluent spoken English, with an IELTS score of 6 or above, or TEM-4; TEM-8 is preferred.
3.Detail-oriented and responsible, strictly following procedures to avoid errors.
4.Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, able to communicate professionally, patiently, and clearly with candidates, new hires, and internal colleagues.
5.Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize to avoid omissions or delays.
6.Proactive, able to provide timely feedback and seek solutions when encountering issues.
7.Fast learner, able to quickly understand company policies, HR processes, and systems.
8.Patient with repetitive tasks, maintaining efficiency and focus.
9.Team player with a strong sense of confidentiality.
10.Able to commit to an internship of at least 3 consecutive months, working 5 days per week.
