With over 29 years in the market, as a direct importer for brands such as WORTEX, BULL, MOLOT, FERMER, ECO, ECOTERM, SOLARIS, STARTUL and others, we successfully partner with distributors in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova, Egypt and many other countries.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Talent Sourcer based in India.

Your main tasks will include:

• Finding relevant candidates.

• Contacting them.

• Engaging and warming their interest.

• Scheduling meetings with our international HR manager.

Work Conditions:

• Part‑time with fully flexible hours.

• Payment per warm lead after the candidate completes a call with international HR.

• Weekly target: at least 5 scheduled HR meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified sales candidates across India.

• Use local job platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

• Contact candidates, generate interest, and book HR calls.

• Provide short progress updates in English.

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing in India for at least 1 year.

• Access to Indian job platforms is required.

• English level: Intermediate or higher.

• Strong communication skills and ability to meet weekly lead targets.
