We are seeking to recruit a SEA E-commerce Operation Specialist , Sales Department
Your Role:SEA E-commerce Operation Specialist
Contract status: Full-Time
Department: Sales Department
Reporting to: General Manager
Work Modes : Offline,Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
[Sales Strategy Development]
1.Develop and implement sales strategies for key SEA Platforms e.g. Lazada ,Shopee
2.Monitor and optimize product display, pricing policies, and advertising campaigns.
[Competitor Analysis & Optimization]
3.Analyze competitor activities and implement optimizations to increase sales and market share.
[Team Management]
4.Recruit, train, and develop a team of specialists (content managers, analysts, designers).
5.Create a motivation system, set KPIs, and monitor task execution.
[Operations Oversight]
6.Coordinate with fulfillment centers and supervise warehouse operations.
7.Monitor inventory levels and orders to minimize losses and optimize costs.
[Reporting & Budget Management]
8.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and team productivity.
9.Optimize budgets for promotion and logistics.
[Platform Compliance & Risk Management]
10.Ensure compliance with platform rules and policies, and adapt strategies to policy changes.
11.Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
[Brand Building & Promotion]
12.Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
13.Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including live streaming and KOL collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.English proficiency to use as a working language (IELTS 6.0 or above preferred).
3.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace management, preferably in the hand tools, fasteners, or foreign trade manufacturing industry.
4.Proven track record in team management, including, training, and performance evaluation.
5.Experience in building teams and strategies from scratch (0-1 team and strategy development) is highly preferred.
6.Proficiency in analytical data platforms and BI systems.
7.Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
8.Familiar with back-end operation tools of various platforms (e.g., Taobao Seller Center, JD Seller Center, etc.).
9.Proficient in using advertising tools for campaign management.
10.Strong leadership qualities and a high level of responsibility.
11.Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
12.Sharp market insight to promptly capture industry trends and changes in consumer demands.
13.Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
14.Able to propose innovative operational strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand competitiveness and market share.
