We are seeking to recruit a Equipment Engineer, Packaging Department
Your Role:Equipment Engineer
Department: Packaging Department
Reporting to: Packaging Manager
Work Mode: On-site, offline
Key Responsibilities:
[Team Management]
1.Supervise and coordinate the work of department employees during assigned shifts.
2.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient operations.
3.Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
[Operational Oversight]:
4.Monitor and manage the daily workflow of the Equipment Department to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
5.Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
[Safety and Compliance]:
6.Ensure all department activities comply with company safety policies and regulations.
7.Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
[Performance Monitoring]:
8.Track and evaluate the performance of department employees, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
9.Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team.
[Communication]:
10.Serve as the primary point of contact for the Equipment Department during assigned shifts.
11.Communicate with other departments and management to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
[Reporting]:
12.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on department operations, including productivity, safety, and any issues encountered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.College degree and above
2.Fluency in English is preferred.
3.Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in an equipment or manufacturing environment.
4.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
6.Familiarity with equipment operations and maintenance processes is a plus.
7.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8.High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
