Accounting Specialist(会计专员)

We are hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist, Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
【Core Work Content】
1.Independently manage complete bookkeeping processes, ensuring accounts are clear and accurate.
2.Organize and archive accounting documents, ledgers, reports, and other financial records.
【Daily Accounting & Data Processing】
3. Review invoices to verify the authenticity and compliance of invoice information, promptly identify non-compliant invoices and provide feedback.
4. Perform daily account reconciliations, including bank statements, accounts receivable and payable, ensuring consistency between financial data and actual business activities.
5. Assist the Finance Manager with basic accounting tasks and provide raw data support for cost accounting.

6. Complete other Accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
2.10+ years of work experience in manufacturing or foreign trade industries; experience in e-commerce is a plus.
3.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee) and Excel (especially data filtering, function calculations, etc.).
4.Detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong data sensitivity to quickly identify data errors or logical issues.
5.Good communication skills and team spirit.
6.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong resilience under pressure.
