We are hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist, Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
[Core Work Content]
1.Responsible for the binding, organizing, and archiving of accounting vouchers (including bank payment vouchers and invoices), ensuring standardized and traceable custody of documents.
2.Conducted invoice reviews to verify the authenticity and compliance of invoice information, promptly rejecting non-compliant invoices and providing feedback on issues.
3.Exported e-commerce platform data (Taobao,JD.com, Pinduoduo, etc.) according to fixed deadlines at the beginning of each month, and accurately prepared store cost of sales reports based on the data.
[Daily Accounting and Data Processing]
1.Assisted in daily account verification, including bank statement reconciliation and account matching, ensuring accounting data aligned with actual business activities.
2.Continuously optimized the e-commerce data summarization process, performing secondary checks on exported platform data to avoid omissions or errors.
3.Supported the Finance Manager in basic account processing and provided raw data support related to cost accounting.
[E-commerce Cost Management and Compliance]
1.Strictly adhered to e-commerce platform cost calculation procedures, accounting for actual store costs by combining sales data and inventory data.
2.Regularly reviewed e-commerce cost accounting logic, conducted preliminary analysis on abnormal cost data, and proposed data verification suggestions.
3.Fulfilled company financial compliance requirements by organizing e-commerce cost-related vouchers and data to meet internal review and external audit needs.
[Cross-departmental Collaboration and Archive Maintenance]
1.Liaised with the e-commerce operations team to confirm sales data metrics, ensuring cost accounting aligned with operational data.
2.Maintained orderly management of accounting archives (vouchers, reports, e-commerce data files, etc.) for easy retrieval.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, with preference given to candidates having a background in the e-commerce industry.
3.Familiarity with the operational mechanisms of major Chinese e-commerce platforms (Taobao, JD.com, Pinduoduo).
4.Proficiency in financial software (Yonyou, Kingdee) and Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data organization, complex functions, and analysis.
5.Ability to extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data from e-commerce platform backends.
6.Comprehensive knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis, with accurate recording and classification of business transactions.
7.Understanding of tax regulations, fiscal policies, and related financial legal compliance requirements.
8.Strong business acumen, with the ability to comprehend corporate business models, operational processes, and cross-departmental collaboration, providing comprehensive financial support.
9.Detail-oriented with a high sensitivity to data, strong logical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
10.Proactive, self-driven, with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership over results.
11.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset for cross-departmental collaboration.
12.Resilient under pressure, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment, with a strong sense of responsibility.
