The key feature of the JS 9008 E is its barrel-shaped handle, which allows for complex, curved cuts, as well as cuts on inclined and vertical surfaces, much more comfortably than traditional jigsaws with a staple handle. Furthermore, this handle shape reduces fatigue during extended work. The jigsaw has a speed control, allowing you to select the desired blade speed when working with different materials. The 4-position pendulum action allows for faster sawing when speed is more important than a clean cut. The jigsaw is equipped with a vacuum connection and a blower function for the work area: switching between blower and dust extraction allows you to monitor the cutting line or keep the work area clean. A built-in light also helps you see the cutting line. The cast aluminum base, tiltable 45° in both directions, allows you to make any cut: straight, curved, angled, and complex. Additionally, a plastic anti-friction pad is included, improving the tool's glide over the material and preventing damage to the surface where necessary. The power button easily locks into the "ON" position. The jigsaw features a quick-release blade lock.
