AV Engineering Brass Faucet — quality accessible to everyone. AV Engineering combines classic style and relevant design solutions. The faucets are made from a solid-cast A58 body, which is resistant to water hammer and safe for drinking water. The service life of the solid-cast body is from 15 years. Ceramic ECO-cartridge is a reliable solution with a calculated lifespan of 500,000 cycles or 25+ years of active use. High-quality two-layer electroplated coating according to the EN 248 standard: - Nickel (5–7 µm); - Chrome (0.3 µm). The coating is scratch-resistant (ISO 1518 test). Aerator with a flow rate of 5.7 l/min (Class A EU Regulation 66/2014) – saves up to 30% of water without loss of pressure. Quality control at all stages: - 2000 switching cycles under a pressure of 15 bar (3 times higher than the norm); - 7 days in a salt spray chamber (instead of the standard 4) – guarantees protection against corrosion; - Extreme temperature tests (-20°C to +120°C) – no cracks or deformations; - Wear resistance test – 500 cycles with sand in water and impact loads.
